Renova was recommended to me by a friend. I looked at a couple of other providers but based on the recommendation, I decided on Renova. Once I met with the representative from Renova, I was convinced that I had made the right choice. The details and customer service were top notch and not what you expect, unfortunately, from any business today. Renova kept my updated from discussions to contract to permits to installation to post-install follow-up. The workers were professional and very polite. They were efficient and always let me know when they were arriving and when they were leaving. Great group of workers, great company to deal with and super customer service, from the sales representative to the other support employees back in the office. Awesome experience, awesome company.
