In 2015 we interviewed four (4) solar companies to give us estimates on a ground mount system that would be designed to produce as much energy as we had historically used annually (on average for the previous 5 years). David Watt of Solar Watt Solutions was the only company that answered every question we had on site and who could design a system for our specific needs / wants and flexibility to add to in the future. Most companies send "sales staff" out to give quotes, but when they are asked technical questions related to the investment you are about to make they (strictly sales people) defer to having to ask someone else, which was highly undesirable and less than ideal for building confidence when wanting to achieve the shortest return on your investment (ROI).
