Prior to contacting Green Street we were dealing with another company. It took the other company over three months to give us the estimated cost. They did not provide the DE State portion nor did they break down the loan and how the tax credit would work.<br />We called Green Street Solar and Russell Pfaller made an appointment to visit us two days later. His presentation was clear and broken down so we could totally understand it. Russell took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us a time line when each step would occur. We received all of our documents electronically.
