Sales team came in and promised a lot and did not deliver. I still do not have the app that tells me the output of my panels. Their installation contractor stepped through my ceiling and it took at least two weeks for them to come out and "fix" it. I had to hire someone else to fix it again to make it less noticable. They installed two separate systems that are two different brands. Promised me a rebate check that I never received. They're financing terms are different than what I agreed to. All around horrible experience and I'm stuck with a loan for panels that I don't know are working properly or not.
