I've had a smooth experience all the way through the install. Had the install process interrupted by the rain but they got me on the books again quickly! After i purchased the system they sent me a full 8 page overview of long term savings and warranty information. <br />Tre helped me turn on my solar system and activate the SolarEdge app. There was a setting that needed to be changed in order for them to monitor my system from headquarters and Tre gave me step by step directions. Seconds later he could see my production live!<br /><br />And according to the energy montioring app they set up my system has been close to offsetting all my production every day even with this lousy weather.
