This is our second installation by American Sentry Solar. Our first installation occurred seven years ago and we have recouped much of the cost of that installation through the grants, tax rebates, and cost savings. Whenever there was an issue with the panels, American Sentry Solar handled it efficiently, sometimes without our being aware that there was an issue thanks to their monitoring of the microinverters.<br /> For this installation, we chose a ground mount system of 42 panels. With local government zoning issues, it did take longer than anticipated to get the system installed and connected, but for the first time in 18 years of living here, our January electric bill wasn't ridiculously high. I'm really looking forward to the summer when we are producing more electricity than we are using.<br /> And we're not finished with American Sentry Solar yet! When the battery storage makes sense for cost effectiveness, we will be purchasing one or two so that we can be, in all effects, off of the grid. I really appreciate that the company salesman advised that we wait another year for the improvements that are coming in the batteries.<br /> Joe Tunney, the owner, is a phenomenal person and businessman.
