Not Recommended!<br />The installation and installers were great. They were on schedule and did clean installation.<br />The office staff I would rate two star. We had to ask more than three or four times to correct the installation address and also email address. Still hasn't been correct on some of the paperwork.<br />They said that they monitor output once system is running. The system was activated on Dec 26, 2018. On Jan 9 we noticed that there was no output since Jan 7. I called service 3 times since Jan 14 and have not gotten any action from Intermountain since then. They said that they will call to update me on status. I have not received any calls and/or email from the company to this day (Jan 29).<br />Will not recommend!
