Major dissapointment

Blue Raven was subcontracted to install our system by Sol Enrgi. Every single step of the install process has been bungled. They had to move our first install date due to a mistake on their end. When they showed up late on the rescheduled date they didn't have the right panels and had to reschedule again. They very clearly do not understand the regulations for Snohomish County for labeling the system even though our utility company emailed them very clear instructions with pictures well in advance, which I also shared with the installer when he was here on his second follow up. It took Blue Raven almost a month to get it right. Once the install and labeling were finally done and the Utility company came to install the meters, we discovered more problems with Blue Raven's work. The disconnect switch is stuck in the OFF position but is still actually ON, and the inverter has not been programmed properly. Apparently they have also forgotten to configure the Solar Edge account to monitor the system, and they need to come back out again to get all the serial numbers of my panels to set it up. Every time they miss something it takes about a week of calling them over and over to get them back out here to fix it. Almost every time I've talked to their support staff they offer to call back with more info and then don't. I didn't plan on having to chase them to complete every little step of this process. So now he we are with this equipment on my roof for over 5 weeks, paying interest on a non-producing system and I'm waiting again till Thursday for them to show for work they told me would be fixed Monday. All for a "super easy half-day job". Very disappointed, highly recommend avoiding Blue Raven.

Chris - We apologize that you've had a frustrating experience wrapping up your installation. I see that our team lead for our field operations has been working with you and that all of the city labeling requirements have been resolved. I also see that he's working with you now on getting the production monitoring up and running. We've recently entered into your area and we've experienced some learning curves in working with the new jurisdiction. We apologize that these growing pains have been frustrating. We want to make sure that your project is wrapped up to your satisfaction. As such, our director of field operations is having one of our leads reach out Monday to help us get on the same page. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to reach out.
