Poor Service and Broken processes.

Please avoid this company or at least micromanage them. The install team was great, its the management who really have issues. <br /><br />Right out of the box, the unit is stuck in Night Mode. Broken unit. Also, there were delays in getting things done. Plans were submitted to county and were rejected due to not getting Master Electrician stamp before submitting. They delayed my start date and had to complain about making payments due to them slipping. What they did was moved the payment start date further out. <br /><br />There method is to delay, delay, delay to get past deadlines and the customer ends up eating the cost. Be leery and stay on top of them. They push issue to other departments and takes days/weeks for follow up - not good. Very poor service and what we all know as passing the buck. <br /><br />One would think, that a bran new system would get top priority when not working. But no, and there service level folks and especially managers were rude and only change tune when asked if being recorded. Determined to get off phone quickly. Very, very poor customer relationship. Was determined to hang up and provide no sense of assurance. Very poor attitudes, especially from management.<br /><br />I have noticed there are a lot of other good reviews but i have to question them. Look at the ones where people write a lot. those are the true reviews. I bet the others are manufactured.<br /><br />The crew that came out worked hard and definitely did not like the leadership. Owner is only concerned about bottom line, move product, and make money. This will prove to be owners Achilles heal. They will learn that the customer(s) have the power and this will be a hard lesson for them. <br /><br />Change your methods and take care of your people. Also, quit being in such a hurry to make that buck. <br /><br />Solar is a good product but when money hungry leaders have the bottom line run the business without adding common human decency, they will reap what they sow.
