Taylor, who introduced me to Blue Raven, the customer service team, solar installation team, and everyone else in the company that I have spoken to were very polite and responsive. I waited a month to have my solar installed but it was not their fault. It was my utility company. Sometimes I would call them for a follow up on my process but they were polite and continued to inform me. <br />Please be sure to read the contract well because though Taylor had said they were going to install the two ecobee thermostats, it was not in my contract and had to be re-written but they were respectful and understood it because majority of the time the thermostats would be included in the contract. Taylor also called me immediately when he found out about it. So that was great.
