They have been out here 5 times and still don't have our panels working. We can't access any production with the app.

Tammy and Marc - On 12/3 we found and notified you of a production fault. We immediately started working with your inverter manufacturer to have the system up and running again. The holidays did cause some delays but after troubleshooting repeatedly with Inverter technicians, they were unable to identify what caused the fault. Blue Raven is committed to compensating you for this loss in production and has already approved and processed a compensation check for lost production. Our field team is scheduled to inspect each panel's optimizer individually on your system on 1/31. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you we are committed to resolving your production concerns.
