I have been looking into solar energy for a few years now. I am have been very energy conscious my whole life. I knew that using solar was going to become more popular, as it has in the past 20 years. I just felt that it was just not within my economic means to really be able to afford it until now. I am very excited to finally be able to say that I am a solar customer where I can maybe begin to educate others more about it as I continue to learn. I had done a lot of research on this so I had a lot of questions when we had our initial visit with the business manager. He did not let me down on being able to answer all of those question plus the new ones that came up during the demonstration. I can say from our initial introduction and throughout the installation, I have been very pleased with each and every person associated with the company. Everyone has been so helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and completely professional throughout the process. They have made the process just as easy as they can in doing all of the permits to paperwork as well as keeping me informed 100% throughout the process. The team that installed the solar panels was also very professional, courteous and made sure to clean up well before they left. We have only had our solar panels installed for less than a month, and in the middle of winter, so I can not truly say how much we will save, but I am excited to see the results over the next year. If you asked me if I would recommend American Sentry Solar for someone considering going solar, I would definitely say yes. I did not have one issue along the process but I can tell you if I did, I have no doubt, that they would have been right there to take care of it as quickly as they could. I know I made the right choice in not only going solar at this time but doing it with this particular company, American Sentry Solar!
