It took more than 3 months to install and even when complete several panels were not hooked up correctly. I took only a couple days to get approval from my hoa and I did most of legwork to get approval. I don't if delays like this are standard but I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately it rained an extraordinary amount in September and October in San Antonio. While we would have loved to complete your installation quicker. The weather did not cooperate.<br /><br />Yes, many HOAs will not even speak to the contractors and we need the help of the homeowner to get that approval. There is nothing we can do about that.

We apologize for the weather delays on your project. Typically projects do take between 60 and 90 days to complete. Your project took about 98 days to complete and get permission to operate by the utility, so we were over our normal timelines.<br /><br />I wanted to evaluate your system after your review to ensure we resolved your previous issue with the few panels that did not perform at first. It looks like even with that initial issue that we did resolve, your system has produced more energy than we predicted it would thus far. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, but everything seems to be working great.
