Alexis has been a great help and was very good about keeping me informed. She asked if a representative had been to my home on the date we agreed to, and when I told her "no" she was quick to get them on the ball. I cannot say that about the rest of my experience. I feel I have not been told many things correctly, i.e. you need a modem (I run my electronics by hotspot), I was told that because I don't have a modem, I would not be able to view the solarEdge app on my cell phone. Now because Alexis had a representative come out to my house and install an update to my system, for the first time in a full year I can view the SolarEdge app on my phone.
