I felt was being lied by the salesperson; I spend more time on the phone with solar city then the saving I get from the solar panel. This is a night mare for me. Customer service is worst then any other company I had deal with. I called my sales person, I ask them about my issue where is the saving? he lained briefly and try to convince the system save money. Last year 2017 I spend more money on electric bill then any time I had the house; not only this the system keep breaking down. Solar city suppose to monitor the system, there were incident the system did not work for 5 months. And when I get explanation from them, they are trying to convince me the system save me money. I know my pocket more then them.
