From the beginning of the process Jim and Barb responded quickly to our many questions. We greatly appreciated the information, explanations, and patience! We are completely satisfied with our solar panels and the process start to finish. The time estimates and installation were as quoted. I was confident in their ability to handle all the details from permits and applications with both our Town, our utility company, and the Focus on Energy program. THANK YOU!
