While the initial installation went well and the system worked fine, none of the necessary permits or inspections occurred at the time of the installation unbeknownst to me. 2 years later I was contacted by the electrical company, SCG&E, notifying me the system had never been approved and that it needed to be immediately disconnected or my entire service would be turned off. 7 months later I still have a disconnected solar system while Edgewater obtains the necessary permissions/inspections. Customer service related to this event has been very disappointing to say the least.
