Overall experience (employees, installation, etc) was great but they failed to deliver on their 6 month free electric promotion that I was offered. Provided them a month to rectify the situation and was informed that a check was being cut but it hasn't panned out to date. So, if they're offering a promotion it's not guaranteed to be delivered. So, have to go with 1 star for failure to satisfy their agreement.
