We have just signed up to have solar installed by Ion. Our rep, Brian was very knowledgeable in his presentation. They have just completed the onsite survey, and that went well. The person they sent out (can't remember his name) was excellent. Clean, polite, and efficient. Our project manager, Amber, has been in regular contact, to left us know what's happening to this point. Very pleased so far. I will make sure to check back in as things progress.
