ACE solar was terrific to work with. Our representative, Brian Cassidy, walked us through every step of the process. On his first visit he explained the process and the timing. The designers put together a system that was perfectly sited and exactly tailored to our usage -- not too big, not too small. <br />The scheduling was smooth. We were having our roof replaced and they were able to work around that and come in to install the panels just as the roof was finished so we were able to take advantage of the maximum amount of the sunny months. Installation took just one day, and the installers were friendly and very respectful of the property and plants!<br />We thought it might take a while to get up and running, but even that was quick. ACE worked with our electric company and the local inspectors to make sure everything was turned on quickly. <br />We took out a loan, and ACE helped us with that as well, steering us to a qualified bank and helping with the Massachusetts Solar loan paperwork. <br />I cannot praise them enough. We are delighted with the whole project!
