We made the mistake of getting taken on a hard sell involving grant money that of course Ecojiva would handle the whole process. They rushed the project to completion before the grant process completed, combined with an easily correctable error on their part; which meant that we were disqualified for the grant with no option to re-apply. The equipment is working well, but the 3-5 year payback we were sold on is more like 15-20 years. We are not the only farmers in our area that this happened to. If your buying with the premise of getting a grant or some other financial assistance, take your time and do your own homework. All ecojiva cared about was getting the system sold. Learn from our mistake.
