The salesman lied to us stating that we would often see 80% coverage. Turns out the real number is somewhere around 50% on a great day and only if we check it every day to make sure the panels are reading 29 out of 29 or else we need to reset the system. Unfortunately, we need to reset the system several times a month. In addition, the installers did some damage to our roof which our roofer explained while we were going through a hail damage claim. They try to keep us quiet with a settlement while stipulating our silence and artificial happiness. We did not accept the insignificant settlement because we want a product that works. They do not respond to emails and calls at this point.
