My entire experiance with this company is hoorible. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this one was completely deserved. From the time of the sale in Jan. 2018 until now, they have been completely incompetant, unrelieable and untruthful. I was told at the time of sale my system would be installed and running in Mar 2018, April at the latest. Three different contracts were written for my sale and no explaination was given why. Each contract had different numbers as far as sizing, power % and rebate from NV energy. They finally installed the system and before they were off the roof, I received a call from the finance company telling me my first payment would be due 30 days from that day. After that, I heard nothing. I had multiple questions about warrenties and the installation process. My sales guy wouldn't return my calls and emails and customer service was a joke. Boxes weren't installed outside my home that needed to be in for the system to work and be inspected. Nothing was being done and no explaination was given to me throughout the summer. Fianlly in late Jul, early Aug, they installed the correct boxes that NV Energy required for inspection. I called in late Sep to inquire what was happening and while I was talking with them, they realized they had forgotten to submit my system for inspection. 1 1/2 months that noone realized this hadn't been done. Because I was upset (to say the least), they said they would make it up to me by paying me for the power my system would have produced starting May 20th until it was turned on (Oct 19th!!). A week after I had the system turned on, I received a call telling me my compensation check was on the way. When I received it, it was for $355.00. I emailed customer service to ask why it was so little and wanted to see the math because my system would produce alot my than $355.00 in 5 month summer hours of Las Vegas. I got a call from customer service shortly after telling me they changed their minds and were only giving me the interest payments on the loan which was $71.00 per month. They never bothered to Email or call to inform me of this change, which I think is completely unacceptable. I believe I would have produced much more in power, not had an electric bill with the power company and I had to make payments on the loan for a system that didn't work. I've had multiple homes and have had alot of companies do work to them. Never have I experianced this kind of incompetance. DO NOT hire Solcius for your system. There is alot more I could write, but I have no more patients for them and will be turning this over to the BBB and I'm looking into a lawsuit. My roof also started to leak after install and the person they sent out to look at it never went in the attic or on the roof, but stood on my pool deck and said it could not be from them. Received a bill the very next day for $125.00 for a roof inspection. I hope this reveiw will prevent anyone else from having to go through what we've been through. They like to sign your Docs on their computers for you when they are trying to sell you a system also. Contract lacks warrenties for the panels and inverter, that's if they can figure out what kind of panels you have installed.
