My family and I were super excited and I had the worst experience of my life. They put a hole in my roof. Dealing with this headache I decided not to deal with this company and got a better deal with another local company, finding out that they are very expensive. Solarverse told me that I could not get a refund as I only had 3 days from signing the contract to change my mind which was never told to me. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of being that I'm an elderly women and this is not fair. They do not answer my calls anymore.
