I chose Rayah based off of their good reviews and knowledgeable salesperson. However, after signing the contract, I had many issues reaching the customer service team. When I did, they were often confused on project details. My install was significantly delayed. During install, they told me the design we had agreed on could not be done. It was too late to go back to the drawing board as they had already installed panels. Hoping this will keep others from making the same mistake I did choosing this company.<br /><br />11/29/18 Update: I am increasing my rating as multiple people from Rayah reached out to see if there was anything they could do, which means a lot. Also, my system is producing well, slightly over what we actually use. Looking beyond the poor customer service I received during the installation period, I am satisfied with the results.
