I'm currently frustrated with the responses from this company. I bought an expensive home with their system installed. At that time, they put in writing that my system would work once the electrical was completed. Based on this, I paid them thousands of dollars. <br /><br />So, I completed the electrical as they instructed me to do and then they came out afterwards to say that not only does my system not work but that they are refusing to work on my system. That was after months of trying to communicate with them. This was a huge investment. This company appears not to stand by their word or their equipment. :(
