Kelly was very good and excellent because she was attentive and followed up many times. She made the sales process very easy. She definitely sold NRG really well than most companies that you got quotes for. Alexis answered all my concerning questions and spent a lot of time helping us with decisions on where to place the panels. Angela was also very attentive to my payments. She helped me spread the payment plans to my convenience. Installers were very good workmanship. They were careful with the tile roof and picked up after themselves everyday. Robert was excellent and answered my list of questions that I had prepared. He did a good job explaining step by step how everything works. Helped me set the monitoring on my computer and bookmarked the location for easy access. Great Job to everyone from installers to NRG Staff.
