Our complaint is not with the install crew [first rate] or even the system performance [so far, within the bounds represented]. BUT - the salesman - otherwise called a qualifier, was rude, extremely unprofessional, and consistently presented information using trade jargon that any normal person [including, in this case, my 90 year old mother] could not possibly understand. We dealt with Alejandro Francisco. He came to my mom's home a few months after the installation. He refused repeatedly to answer questions posed to address my mother's concerns - basically running to whether she had gotten value for contracting with Trinity. When asked whether mom would have to pay her utility if she used more electricity than her install produced, he dismissed the question as "impossible." When presented with a hypothetical in which mom would dramatically increase her electricity consumption, he became openly hostile. In the course of a 10-15 minute discussion, he called me "unprofessional" at least 10 times - in front of my mom. More remarkably, when presented with the opportunity to back down, not only did he refuse - he confirmed and repeated the insult. It was a performance unlike any that either I or mom ever had witnessed. He was very smooth talking, and mom acknowledged that he had treated her well through the sales qualification process - but that's not surprising. Ultimately - it was almost necessary to interrogate him to elicit answers to basic questions for my mom. The answers showed she had not previously been given full information about her system, and had not been given any information about the clean energy credits that Trinity was earning, based on the contract she signed with the system builder. <br />It was a mistake to allow him into the house. It will not happen again.<br />Don't let it happen to you.
