It was an outstandingly great experience working with Mass Renewables from start to finish and all additional follow up. The owners, account manager (Sales), project manager, electricians, roof crew all work directly for the company and are highly competent, efficient and professional. Everyone did what they said they would do and showed up to the job site when they said they were coming and if had to postpone or reschedule which was only due to weather related circumstances gave as much notice as possible. This installation was done in Dec/Jan and the weather was tricky, but they pursued and got the job done in the agreed upon timeline.<br /><br />I did lot's of research for this project and talked to a company that represents several of the big national companies and spoke directly with 2 of the national companies and thought I was adequately education about solar energy and the best options available. As it turned out, I was given incorrect information at times and had information withheld that would have caused me to make poor decisions. It wasn't until I talked to Mass Renewables account manger, that I was able to adequately get all of the correct information and learn much more about my best option, which in my case was outright purchase of a system. I also looked at many installations done by the big national solar companies and they were not nearly as neat and nice looking as the Mass Renewable installations. For example, panel layouts and electrical conduit were poorly concealed in many of the national company installations I observed.<br /><br />Finally, after the installation, Mass Renewable made sure all the service vendors, i.e. utility company, monitoring company and SREC seller had my system registered and up and running before they considered the job complete.<br /><br />If you are looking to properly educate yourself on solar electricity and purchase the correct system for your property and you want quality work and project management at competitive prices, then these are the people you should contact.
