A year and a half ago we had Solar city come to the house and they were terrible, they wanted to split the panels between the house and the garage. I wanted a ground mount, they told me no way. I wanted mono-crystalline panels they said they only had poly-crystalline panels, I wanted micro inverters and they told me they only do one inverter for the entire array. They would only lease the panels to me, and the story goes on. Well, as you can imagine we didn't have solar city install our solar system. We were fortunate enough to find American sentry solar to come to our house and talk to us, everything that we wanted was standard for them; what a breath of fresh air. After the presentation that the salesman made, we were in. We signed the contract that night and they said they would have everything done and installed ready to run by the middle of August, mind you this was the middle of April. Everything seemed to be on track and things began to happen, the placement of the panels were determined for a ground mount, and before you know it we are hooked up. The last thing that we waited for was B G&E to come out and install the net meter. By the fifteenth of July we were making power with the panels. We are so happy with the panels and we are blessed that we found American Sentry Solar to install our system. Everyone that we have had any contact with from American Sentry Solar has been so nice and extremely professional, and eager to answer any and all of our questions.
