Pretty painless process

From the beginning our contacts were very responsive. I received a weekly call from Nikii Cauley to make sure that I did not have any questions or concerns as the process was underway. Tyler, our sales representative, was available via text whenever we had questions as well. I received great tips on choosing a new electric provider and selecting an energy buy back plan. My initial concern going into this agreement was that I would feel like an afterthought once the equipment was installed. The installers were great. Installation was quick and very neat. I cannot in good faith say that I did not feel somewhat abandoned after the installation. I did contact Oncor directly to inquire about a new meter so that the system could be turned on. I understand that there may be delays in communication but my system was functional for roughly three weeks before I received a call to confirm that it was approved to operate. In the grand scheme of things, the process was painless and I received some support. I'll know in the next couple of months if I will see any savings. Fingers crossed!
