Working with Boston Solar to set up our system was very low hassle. They took care of everything and did the work with high quality. They made sure to communicate with us regarding scheduling, design decisions (e.g. where to install equipment, route wiring, etc.), and system operation & monitoring. They were also very friendly and responsive at answering our own questions. There are only two issues I can think of (initially had some incorrect information on forms, and initially left some outlets detached from our new electrical panel), but both were resolved quickly once Boston Solar was made aware of the issues. I feel comforted knowing they have our back for at least the next ten years throughout the duration of our labor warranty.
