When we decided to install a solar system in our home my husband and I researched and interviewed a few contractors before deciding on Solar Discount Group. Best decision we ever made. Once we decided to go forward with the purchase we were very happy to have Chris available to keep us informed as to where in the process we were. He let us know when there was a delay in the process and when everything was on target, and yes there are permits and inspections, approvals and waiting for your electric company to give the final ok. The installation itself only took a few days. The crew took great care in keeping the area neat and clean. The entire process from start to finish took about 2 months and in comparing notes with friends that have gone through the same process I am told my experience seems to have been a lot more pleasant than theirs, they tell me they felt ignored once they signed the contract<br />Thank you Solar Discount Group and Chris for making this a good experience and making us feel that you really appreciated our business, even after we signed the contract
