So much red tape to deal with in the process -- but none from LuxLight. PG&E is very difficult to work with because they don't want to lose your revenue, but Keith/Rob & the LuxLight team were super helpful through the whole process. Wish the process could have been a lot faster (took nearly 6 months before Permission To Operate), but through no fault of LuxLight. After we were aligned on the system, and contract signed, the system was promptly installed.<br /><br />Would definitely recommend.
