If it was possible, I would have given 4.5 stars, but unfortunately it is not possible. <br /><br />The reason for not giving 5 stars was due to post installation issues . When the installers arrived, I was short 3 panels. I made one call and the other 3 panels showed long before they were needed. Just be diligent and take an inventory when the installers arrive and if you find a discrepancy call your sales rep and it will be taken care of immediately. Which qualifies for 5 stars. <br /><br />After the installation was completed, there was no follow thru by the project manager. The installers packed up said good-bye and left. However, there was some minor damage to the house which was easily remedied. The project manager should have contacted me after the installation was complete, conducted a walk through, identify any issues and schedule a time for a repair team to come out and fix the problems before leaving the site. This did not happen. I had to make a call, which was upsetting, because if I did not make the call, I do not believe any follow thru would have occurred. I discussed the issue with the manager and highly recommended after an installation is complete, the project manager needs to be proactive and talk to the home-owner and identify any issues before leaving the site. Hopefully my words were noted and after your installation is completed you will be able to give Solartime 5 stars.
