Where to start? Eddie, John, Tito, Josh and George were here for about 2/12 days installing 20 panels. All of them were very, very good at their jobs. They kept me informed, answered my questions and I wound up with a very neat, professional installation. It started with Paul, the account rep. Very knowledgeable and personable – no pressure. He attended a meeting with members of my HOA and provided them with sample guidelines. Once I decided to go ahead with the panels, Fred kept me informed of the status of permits and delivery of the panels. Eddie was lead. John handled the monitoring part. Tito and Josh got stuck with the grunt work and did it superbly. George is an electrician and has a contractor license - he managed the actual hookup to my electrical pane and dealt with the county inspector. Altogether a fantastic crew. Couldn't be more pleased.
