This company was one of the few who will work on a system they didn't install. My original installation company has been not very supportive of my needs when problems occurred after the installation, so when I had an optimizer failure I called Bob Heinmiller, Their technician, Mike Lane, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs, he even came out on Saturday to make the repair. I'll have them on speed dial from now on for any future solar needs.
