Worked with Darin after seeing his presentation at the University at Buffalo. He came and did a solar assessment and reviewed the household electrical usage. We have 2 Chevy Volts, use a lot of air conditioning and have a pool with a heat pump to heat it, therefore our electrical usage was a lot. Darin presented the proposed layout and cost, determined when the break even point of the project was and was very easy to work with and made sure we understood everything.<br />Just and his crew came to install the panels and discovered there was an issue with the roof (not a CIR issue) and we had to have that repaired before installation could happen. After we made the necessary repairs, Justin and his crew came back with a few days and then the panels were pretty much set!<br />Jessica was very easy to work with in the office coordinating things. We let her know when the roof work was anticipated to be done and she made sure to have the crew there installing there shortly after.<br />Overall the process was very easy and everybody from the CIR team was great. We have had the panels now turned on for 3 days and I cannot stop watching the energy we are producing. I would highly recommend CIR for solar electrical installation.
