Junk on my roof

We have a huge, expensive solar system sitting on our brand new roof that can not be used. Due to the wrong plans sent to Duke Energy I am now paying them and the loan company for our solar system. This month our power bill was $800. Do you think that SEM is doing anything to try to make this right? Absolutely not! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
