Review for Sunnova

My array has been operating at less than 1/3 capacity for 18 days and counting. Sunnova only knew about it because I notified them after my daily check of the MyEnlighten mobile app. By all outward appearances, they are no closer to solving the problem than they were the day I notified them. I filed a BBB complaint against Sunnova for not monitoring my "system for optimal performance" as clearly stated in my finance/service contract. If you are having similar problems, I urge you to file an complaint as well. My system was installed in February. Sunnova told me yesterday that they would do a production review after 36 months of operation. That means I have to wait until February 2021 to assess my lost production capacity. Fully unacceptable.<br /><br />If you are here investigating Sunnova as an installer, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
