Ann bent over backwards to get the project started and completed. She was on call when she was home and always called back. When the system was installed she still worked with me on any questions or problems I had. She was curious and professional. She worked with my utility company and verified installation to get the system on line. Has helped with reimbursement check. Has been a great help.
