We have made several calls and always a long waiting on the phone. Technician came and the system(video) has not worked in many weeks. Made another appointment for Tuesday (July 3) took 4 hours of vacation and drove 40 minutes to get to the house only to have a message saying they had resceduled the appointment for Friday. Called about the change and was told they would get someone to the house but waited another 3 hours to be told management would not authorize the technician to come out. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Next step is yelp and anyone else that will listen.
