Have been very impressed by the integrity and committment to excellent service by everyone at Artisan I've interacted with. Many companies will be accommodating and motivated in the sales phase of a business relationship, but then things go awry once the contract is signed and installation begins. Not Artisan. They were wonderful to work with before and during the install, and now years later still are postive and helpful every time I call with a question or request for help. I can't tell you how rare this is, but if you've ever had your house painted and then call about a possible problem - I wish all companies were like Artisan. I'm very glad I made the investment. My panels produce more than was estimated, and I'm loving the lower electricity bills.<br /><br />My install was a difficult one, and we ran into some issues with City Light putting up extra hoops to jump through for the permit sign off. Artisan navigated everything for me, and was able to come up with a solution that was still within budget and City Light was willing to approve. I'm so grateful I went with such a professional and proactive company.
