We are very pleased with the installation of our solar electric system by Mendocino Solar.<br />From beginning to end, we received outstanding service. The owner of the company, Bruce, was great to work with from the start. The office manager, John, was always responsive. The installers, Jason and Alden, were professional and knowledgeable, and explained the process to us every step of the way. These guys were really great to see in action. I had first met Jason when he was working on a system at a friends house, and it was immediately clear that he was very experienced and that he had outstanding expertise in the solar energy field.<br />The installation timelines were made clear, and the project was completed as promised and looks great.<br />The Sunpower app is truly fun to look at and very easy to use. I had some questions about the technical operation of the system after the installation was finished, and the Sunpower company was easy to contact and responsive to my questions.<br />We receive a monthly report from Sunpower about the systems operation, and we can now even look forward to receiving our monthly billing from PG&E. We opted out of Sonoma Clean Power and have no complaints or issues with our continuing service from PG&E. I'm sure that Sonoma Clean Power would be a good alternative for those so inclined. <br />We are pleased to recommend Mendocino Solar to anyone seriously considering the installation of a solar electric system. This is a great company with great people to work with.
