Everything started off great. They came, they installed the panels on the roof and 3 months later, everything was finally hooked up and ready to go. Turned on the system...and nothing was working. I had to wait another week for them to send someone out to look at it. Once the guy came out, the system was finally generating power. Now, on to view my panel stats. I install the My Enlighten app on my phone...and I see the panels, but it is not giving me the individual readings on each panel. I was told when I purchased this system that I would be able to see individual data for each solar panel. In talking with the customer support, I am now being told that this is not something they offer. What the?? If it isn't something you offer, then why was I told that this was part of the system? This was supposed to let me know if one of my panels was not performing or having some issue...and now, what...I just hope and pray everything is doing what it should? This is BS.
