My installer said Enphase would notify me via email whenever there were any problems with my Enphase Envoy. I was told that Enphase monitors my 42 panels and would immediately notify me of problem. You can forget about even talking to someone at Enphase when problems happen. They kick you back to the installer whose knowledge is limited to installation. They have horrible customer service and refuse to help customers that own their inferior product. Stay away.
