The entire process with Sopris Solar was fast and smooth. Had a residential solar panel system installed and bought Upsolar model UP-M300M-B panels. I have not had any problems. Had a bad hail storm in Colorado last March and not a single panel was damaged. Efficiency is the same if not more than a different panel system and installer that my cousin used and Sopris Solar was cheaper. 100% satisfied and highly recommended. Sales guys were great too!
