My thoughts

Does the system work! Have I seen a reduction in electric bill? Not sure yet. Will not know until I can compare year prior to this year with solar. Does it seem to help with bill? Yes. Bills seem to be less than other years but no hard proof yet. No cost up front was nice, but made for a large bill to pay monthly. Was told panels will offset my electric bills by like 60% meaning if I was used to spending 180 a month for electricity about 100 would be offset by solar production. I haven't seen that. Bills are still over 100$. Never dropped off led bulbs like they offered. Certain installation services were subpar such as solar barrier inside the attic. Was told that all we would see is silver but that isn't the case. It does seem to help though. Not a bad company but maybe not the best either. Nikii Cauley has been very good about calling and asking if everything is good but once she passes information off to get something done, it has been a black hole. Do your research and get estimates for everything before choosing an installer.
