Terrible Customer Service - Keep looking

I can't stress enough that if you want call backs or details of what is happening next - keep looking for additional solar providers. While they installed my solar, it took them forever. They submitted incorrect plans to the city so that further added to the delay. I was fed stories that her husband was going to meet with the city official to get approvals but then they suddenly found my plans. Mara never responds to my calls. My SolarEdge software hasn't updated since April 10th, 2018, which is supposed to be monitored by Baker Solar. If I could do it all over again, I would have looked at other providers who have more reviews as the ones posted aside from mine are obviously people who work for the company.
