Solid performance

So the sales pitch was really quite good. Rep Anthony was very available for questions and was on top of it. Only downside, was the company philosophy of “pressure”. IE, we didn't really have time to consider options or shop around. It's “here's the deal with an incentive bonus, take it or leave it in 7 days”. So it sounded good, but comparisons were tough. Also some of the technical details changed during the negotiation which is usually considered poor form. However, most people likely wouldn't care if the company supplying the inverter changed or not. <br /><br />Despite the install people not really being prepped on our home, they showed up and took the challenge in stride! This was a big job and nearly everything that could go wrong, did. Brian and company did great however. Big pat on the back to these folks.
